You’re doing your best, yet most educators, athletic coaches, and youth program staff simply weren’t trained to coach the emotional development of today’s students. You may:

- Feel overwhelmed and underprepared

- Get the sense you’re failing the students when all you want to do is help

- Have no idea where to start to improve your skills

Your Partner in Empowerment

Hi, I’m Britt. I know what it's like to want to help young people, but feel underprepared to make that deeper, lasting difference in their lives.

For more than a decade, I was a middle and high school counselor. After seeking out additional training to become a Certified Professional Coach and learning new, impactful mental health tools and processes, I’m now dedicated to sharing these with educators, coaches, youth workers, and parents so they feel more equipped to help students develop resilience, self-awareness, and emotional growth.

"Thank you for putting so much thought into this topic...there is great content that we can use as coaches to take back and apply to our athletic programs. It also provided a wonderful opportunity for share outs by coaches to learn from each other - something we have been trying hard to facilitate the past few years!"

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't always make it to the live classes. Are they also available on-demand?

Yes! Every class remains on-demand and is tagged by topic so you can easily find what you're looking for. And if you show up a few minutes late to class, you can rewind to the start so you don't miss a thing! Be sure to say "hello" when you arrive so I can give you a shoutout and welcome you to class!

What equipment do I need for the workouts (in addition to water and a towel to wipe sweat with)?

PiYo - Yoga Mat

SOULfusion - Yoga Mat, Light Hand Weights (3 - 5 Pounders), Exercise Bands

SOULstrength - Hand Weights (I use 6-, 8-, 10-, and 15-Pound Weights for This Format; You May Require More or Less)

BARREfusion - Light Hand Weights (1 - 3 Pounders, I've recently "graduated" to 4 pound weights), Exercise Bands, Pilates Ball (optional)

Can you explain the difficulty level of each class?

In order from most "beginner-friendly" to the most advanced:

1) Tuesday's 30-Minute "No Hands on the Mat" PiYo: Super friendly for anyone and everyone - great place to start!

2) Thursday's 30-Minute "No Hands on the Mat" BARREstrength Mashup: These "hands off the mat" 30-minute workouts are challenging yet beginner-friendly.

3) Monday's 45-Minute SOULstrength: You can choose how easy or difficult you make this weights and cardio workout by adjusting how much weight you use and how "all out" you go on the cardio moves. I show modifications and encourage you to make it your own when needed because our hearts don't care HOW you are getting your heart rate up in those short spurts of time...it's just important that you do!

4) Friday's 45-Minute BARREfusion: BARREfusion is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. This is choreographed so give it a few tries - you. will catch on!

5) Wednesday's 60-Minute SOULfusion: SUCH AN AWESOME WORKOUT!! We go from standing to hands on the mat in a plank or down dog frequently which increases the difficulty level a bit. This gorgeous workout lengthens and strengthens our bodies & the time flies by!

6) Saturday Morning PiYo Masterclass: Similar to Tuesday's SOULfusion class, the up/down/up/down portions make it less beginner-friendly. Many members have started with the beginner workouts and then graduated to the more intense versions. As always, I encourage you to do what you can do, keep showing up, and soon you will be doing more and more!

Can I stream the workouts onto my Smart TV?

Absolutely!! Make sure your TV is connected to a streaming device (example: Apple TV, Chromecast, Samsung TV, Amazon Fire TV or Android TV), or has built in streaming capabilities, and is on the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device. Tap the Facebook video to open the video player and tap the rectangle in the top right of the video. Select the TV you'd like to stream the video to - BAM!

Is there a lot of jumping in these workouts?

There are occasionally cardio moves that include some jumping, but I always show an alternative option so no jumping is required!

Sounds awesome! How much does a membership cost?

A month-to-month membership (cancel anytime) is $33 and a six-month membership is $150, saving you $48 every six months AND giving your body the opportunity to show you just how dang good it can feel!

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel, simply send me a message, text, or email. and I can end all future payments. Easy-peasy, no-hassle.
