It's a HIIT class that combines rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility, & core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It's a true fat-burning, low-impact program that'll get you incredibly defined.

SOULfusion is a lot like PiYo with light hand weights incorporated - so good!
SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to great music.
SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

BARREfusion is a light weight, high reps, low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. (No ballet experience needed!)
We offer a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and our signature fuses. This fusion format offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work, athletic dance moves in an easy to learn, fun to take barre class. BARREfusion improves overall fitness levels while bringing out your inner ballerina!

SOULkickboxing is a creative fusion of kickboxing combinations, dance-inspired cardio, balance and conditioning sequences, strength training exercises, and our signature FIGHTER FLOW all set to crazy fun, inspiring music!
In SOULkb, we want you to find your FOCUS, FIGHT, and FLOW! Bring out the inner BADASSERY!

Start with just two workouts a week - you will be AMAZED how quickly your strength (and confidence) come back.
I always recommend starting with Mondays (SOULstrength) and Fridays (BARREfusion) - the bookends of the week. Add in more once you've created some momentum!
We incorporate all of the forms of movement we need to get and keep ourselves strong, limber, and mobile as we age.
You will be shocked how quickly you will notice your body transform!
In addition to this incredible fitness program, eating nutritious foods that help support your goals is absolutely encouraged. You will lose fat, retain and gain lean muscle mass, drop inches, and become more and more fit.
If you have grown frustrated because the things you used to do just are not giving you the same results they once did, I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach who is obsessed with perimenopausal and menopausal nutrition and I work individually with many clients to help them reach their weight loss goals. I am a tremendous resource for you!

In order from most "Beginner-Friendly" to the most advanced:
1) Tuesday's 30-Minute "No Hands on the Mat" PiYo: Super friendly for anyone and everyone - this is a GREAT place to start, and many members find they quickly "graduate" to the Saturday Morning PiYo Masterclass!
2) Monday's 30-Minute SOULstrength: You can choose how easy or difficult you make this weights and cardio workout by adjusting how much weight you use and how "all out" you go on the cardio moves. I show modifications and encourage you to make it your own when needed because our hearts don't care HOW you are getting your heart rate up in those short spurts of time...it's just important that you do!
3) Friday's 30-Minute BARREfusion: BARREfusion is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet (although no dance background is required!). This is choreographed so give it a few tries - you will catch on and then it's SO MUCH FUN! This workout is easily modifiable by adjusting how much weight you are using.
4) Thursday's 30-Minute SOULkickboxing: This class works the heart, muscles, AND brain! Come into it with the mindset that you will likely fumble through the first time or two, but you will quickly catch on and become addicted to how amazing the workout is!
5) Wednesday's 30- (or 45-) Minute SOULfusion: SUCH AN AWESOME WORKOUT!! We go from standing to hands on the mat in a plank or down dog frequently which increases the difficulty level a bit. This gorgeous workout lengthens and strengthens our bodies & the time flies by!
6) Saturday Morning PiYo Masterclass: Similar to Wednesday's SOULfusion class, the up/down/up/down portions make it less beginner-friendly. Many members have started with the beginner workouts and then graduated to the more intense versions. This workout incorporates strength, flexibility, cardio, core, and mobility work - get ready to sweat!
As always, I encourage you to do what you can do, keep showing up, and soon you will be doing more and more!
There are occasionally cardio moves that include some jumping, but I always show an alternative option so no jumping is required!
