contrary to cultural messaging that getting older automatically means slowing down.
How? I will lead you through fun yet effective fitness classes that are kind to your body.
Each workout is designed to strengthen, increase flexibility and balance, add mobility, and energize you -
no matter your weight, age, or starting point.
